| Our products
The surroundings of Győr and Mosonmagyaróvár, the so-called Rábaköz is known as an area traditionally producing vegetables and fruits.
In this region, primarily berries (raspberry, currant), cherry, sour cherry, apricot, plum, and apple are grown; at the same time a considerable basis of mushroom production has been also established, within its framework champignon, creamy champignon and oyster mushroom is produced by many people. A determinant quantity of cucumber, red beet, cabbage, different types of paprika and tomato can be also mentioned without aiming at completeness.
When the quantity of the goods transported to our refrigerating plants is checked, the primary quality classification of the products also takes place simultaneously.
After this, the product is put into a rapid cooler where it is refrigerated to the appropriate temperature with the least possible loss of weight as soon as possible.
Then the product is put into the cold-storage plant, later the product is taken into the packing-room, where the secondary classification and the packing take place.
Our products are delivered from our repositories by our own refrigerating lorries to the places specified by you.
Types of Apple

Early Gold
|
Its fruit is of medium size, its taste is slightly acidic. Its period of ripening is early to mid-August. Its colour is light green, whitish-yellow.

Elstar
|
Its fruit is of medium size or large (160-240 gram), its shape is that of a ball or a flattened ball. It is a juicy fruit of medium hardness, its taste is sweetish-acidulous, it is strongly aromatic.

|
Gala
|
Its fruit is of medium size (150-170 gram), it is roundish, hard, its pulp is cracking, its taste is sweetish, it is aromatic. Its colour differs, its basic type is orange-red, Royal Gala and Galaxy are striped, the others (Gala Must, Imperial Gala, etc.) are coloured as if being washed. Its period of ripening lasts from the end of August to mid-September.

Idared
|
Its fruit is of medium size or large (170-200 gram), its shape is that of a flattened ball, almost all its surface is covered by bright red colour as if being washed. Its taste is slightly acidic.

Jonagold
|
Its fruit is large (its average weight is 230 gram), its shape is roundish, towards its calyx it is slightly cone-shaped. Its skin is greenish-yellow, yellow when it is ripe. Its thin and tight skin is waxen. Its taste is excellent, it is one of the most popular types of apples. Its period of ripening: from mid-September to its end.

Jonagored
|
It is related to the type of Jonagold, its taste is sweetish-acidulous in a pleasant way. Its fruit is of medium size, its colour is red-orange, it is striped.

Jonathan
|
Its fruit is of medium size (60-65 mm in diameter). Its basic colour is yellow, it is covered by red on its sunny side as if being washed. It tastes excellently. Primarily it is popular because of its taste, attractiveness and shape. It can be picked in September.

Red Delicious
|
It is a very popular type of apple, it is favoured because of its red, bright skin and cracking pulp. Its a fruit typical of South-Europe.

Golden Delicious
|
Its fruit is of medium size (60-70 mm in diameter) and yellow in colour. The skin of the fruit is thin, it is not covered by wax, thus it is very sensitive. Golden Delicious is one of the most popular types of apple, it comes from South-Europe.

Mutsu
|
Its fruit is large or very large, it is round. Its skin is waxen, green, it is yellowish white when it is ripe, or white. Its ripening period is from early October to mid-October. It preserves its excellent taste, pleasant and fresh acidity, and the good state of its pulp till late spring.

Our products of apple can be transported in containers (c. 300 kg), in returnable crates (7-14 kg) and cardboard boxes, moreover, packing in pieces (4-6 pieces) is also solved.
Types of Mushroom

Champignon
|
It is grown in the region of Győr and Dunasziget, primarily in over-ground buildings, in foil-tents, and in our surroundings less frequently in cellars. It can be packed in exchange-cases (by 3 kgs), in wooden cups or on plastic trays, by 250-400-500 grs, or being packed by 1 kg.

Creamy champignon
|
It can be packed in exchange-cases (by 3 kgs), in wooden cups or plastic trays, by 250-400-500 grs or by 1 kg.

|
Oyster mushroom
|
It can be packed in exchange-cases (by 2 kgs), in wooden cups, or plastic trays by 300-500 grs.
