Our company was established with the aim to organise and represent the primary producers in the wider region and working within the field of growing vegetables and fruits in Trans-Danubia.
Pannonker-TÉSZ Zrt. was formed on 19 December 2007 by registering 200 pieces of ordinary share of 30000 HUF each, with the aim among others to organise the enterprises, companies, and primary producers of vegetables and fruits in Trans-Danubia, to consolidate their position in economy within an organised framework.
Currently, our company of shareholders with more than 100 members was recognised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Regional Development on 21 May 2008 in advance as TÉSZ. Our company developed further by increasing subscriptions for shares with 52 new members registering ordinary shares of 30000 HUF each.
The decisive proportion of our products is created by our shareholders who sign a new contract of product sales yearly with our shareholder company. In the reports of our Shareholders we ask in advance the quantity of goods expected from them and transported by them by year, month and week. We receive complete or half-complete products from our members, who transport them by themselves into our cold-storage plant in Győr or Dunasziget. Their work is helped by providing them exchange packing material that can be obtained from our cold-storage plants - as needed - the day before transportation.
On transportation, the stock-keepers working in the cold-storage plant first check the goods by quantity, then comes the primary quality classification. The bill of reception is completed on this basis, and this represents the basis for accounts. The primary responsibility of our colleagues working in the cold-storage plants is to turn the goods produced by the shareholders into unified, aesthetic and packed goods of quality satisfying the needs of the customers by the time specified in the commission considering that the least possible loss should occur.
Owing to quality products, the work performance of high standard, keeping the fixed terms, and the conditions of flexible transportation, we have excellent partnership relations with many chains of stores in Slovakia, Austria and Romania. In Slovakia we transport for Billa, Kaufland, Lunys and Hortim stores, in Austria the customers of Alondo stores can meet our products, while in Romania our company was chosen as an outstanding sub-contractor partner by Kaufland chain of stores too.
